ReplyDeleteI don't think you're 100% accurate on Myth #2. You stated that anaerobic exercise burns more fat, but it actually burns more glycogen/glucose. Fat is oxidized (thus the need for oxygen) during aerobic exercise. I think what you meant is that working out at high intensity results in more fat burning afterwards (EPOC, etc.).
